Analytical Challenge – remembering that it’s impossible to know motive (but does not stop us guessing)

Here’s another flag that keeps cropping up when completing analysis on WattClarity.

By tagging in other articles we post, we’ll be able to highlight occasions when we are tempted to ascribe motivations to certain behaviours in the market.  Even if we know that we can’t be 100% sure we are correct when we try to get inside someone else’s (or another organisation’s) head, that does not stop us doing it from time to time.
