Discussion Paper released with respect to adding Emissions Reduction into the NEO

It’s been something a number of people have spoken about for years and years, so it’s worth noting (as the end of 2022 fast approaches) that today the Consultation Paper ‘Incorporating an emissions reduction objective into the national energy objectives’ has been released:

The paper notes that submissions should be sent via email to netp@industry.gov.au  by COB Tuesday 7 February 2023.
