Back on 25th May 2021, problems at the Callide C4 unit escalated to a wider issue that led to UFLS when multiple other units tripped offline in quick succession. The Callide C4 unit is offline for repairs, and not expected to be back online until early 2023.
Paul was one of the founders of Global-Roam in February 2000. He is currently the CEO of the company and the principal author of WattClarity. A quick update today, following news yesterday from CS Energy about a 17-day delay to the expected return to service of Callide C3, following repairs to the collapsed cooling tower.
With the AEMO releasing the 2022 ESOO on Wednesday morning 31st August 2022 with the limited time I have available right now I’ve had a quick look, and in this article highlight some things that jumped out to me.
