We’re endeavoring to release the GSD2024 as soon after Australia Day 2025 as possible … so on or shortly after Tuesday 28th January 2025.
The GSD2024 will ….
1) follow the earlier versions (GSD2019, GSD2020, GSD2021, GSD2022 and GSD2023) to provide:
(a) a summary of operational data for every single DUID that was operational in the ENERGY or any FCAS market of the NEM for at least part of calendar 2024.
(b) but also (building on the extension made to the GSD2023) include a special focus on Semi-Scheduled units.
2) It’s also worth noting that the GSD2024 will include, for the first time, representations of BDUs (given that the substantial part of the IESS Rule Change took effect in June 2024).
