Yesterday afternoon, we quickly noted the ‘Frequency drop on Friday afternoon 31st October 2025’. Now, we take a closer look to highlight the lowest point (outside of the NOFB).
In this article we take a look at operations of Waratah BESS through August 2025 – including some large Dispatch Errors on several days:
(a) including Fri 29th Aug 2025, and how WTAH1 apparently helped to drive frequency the wrong way;
(b) and Tue 19th Aug 2025, where WTAH1 helped to restrain frequency.
Yesterday, amongst the volatility, we also wrote about a ‘Small (NEM Mainland) frequency wobble, on Thursday afternoon 7th November 2024’. As a stepping stone to further analysis, we extracted data from around that time and present the two charts.
