Paul was one of the founders of Global-Roam in February 2000. He is currently the CEO of the company and the principal author of WattClarity. After releasing the 2024 ESOO on Thursday morning 29th August 2024, in the afternoon the AEMO called for tenders for supply of RERT (Reserve Trader) in South Australia for summer 2024-25.
Beginning Monday evening 23rd June 2025, the AEMO has forecast extremely tight supply-demand balance in South Australia (including possible load shedding) for Monday 30th June 2025.
