I posted briefly this morning that Callide B1 was back online yesterday evening (a little later than expected) and a couple of our readers reminded us that Kogan Creek coal-fired plant also returned to service today.
Here’s a view of the most recent 24 hour period from the ez2view ‘Unit Dashboard’ widget at 15:35 dispatch interval today:
We can see that the unit came online just prior to 04:00 this morning (hence the small snippet of yesterday’s bid data visible), and is now running up close to Maximum Capacity.
Winding back the ‘Bids & Offers’ widget in ez2view focused on the KPP_1 unit, we see how the unit had a tube leak experienced before the Callide C4 Catastrophe, and was going to come offline as a result – but ended up limping through to 1st June as a result of the lack of units at Callide:

Yallourn unit 3 came offline for a tube leak – but ABC reports (on Mon 9th June 2025) that ‘an air duct in unit three collapsed during maintenance’, so we take an initial look.
Eraring unit 2 came offline prior to 21:46 NEM time on Sunday evening 8th December 2024 as captured in this alert triggered by the ‘Notifications’ widget in ez2view at the time. Here we take a quick look.
