How high did frequency get, on Tuesday 11th November 2025, when that gremlin re-appeared?

As it was occurring on Tuesday 11th November 2025, we wrote the article ‘Has it happened again … have gremlins invaded NEMDE and triggered a frequency excursion (Tuesday 11th November 2025)?’ to alert our readers.

We did not have time to document at the time, so now I’ve extracted our high(er) speed readings (at 0.1 second cadence) from ‘Device 2’ in Brisbane to present this record over 4 hours in the morning:

2025-11-11-GridFrequency-4Hours-ver02

From this we can see that:

1)  The highest point:

(a)  Was at 50.152Hz (i.e. so just outside the NOFB);

(b)  At 09:10:34.7 (NEM time) on the day

2)  This was part of the period above 50.14:

(a)  That spanned 09:07:52.2 to 09:11:07.8

(b)  Or a duration of over 3 minutes.
