A short record of a large (i.e. >400MW) change in ‘Market Demand’ in the NSW region for the 17:15 dispatch interval (NEM time) on Friday 7th February 2025, alerted via ez2view.
All I have time to do now is note another change greater than 400MW in a 5-minute period – this time in in Victoria to the 11:10 dispatch interval (NEM time) on Sunday 2nd March 2025
The ‘Notifications’ widget in one of our copies of ez2view triggered an alert that we’ve not seen all that often at all, flagging a 786MW drop in ‘Market Demand’ in the period from 10:25 to 10:30 NEM time on Wednesday 13th November 2024.
