As highlighted on the (prototype of the) Congestion Map widget, there are many DUIDs in the western parts of NSW and VIC that have heavily negative Local Price Adjustment … so may be being heavily constrained down.

That’s before even considering whether any of these units are also being affected by high temperature limitations (remembering that high temperatures affect pretty much all types of plant).
