Changed operational profiles for Swanbank E and Wivenhoe (CleanCo assets)

As noted here in this article, one of the sessions I appreciated the opportunity to attend at the 2025 QCES was one focused on Long Duration Energy Storage…

… and I do agree with Craig Francis, there, in that the session is of such importance that it should not be shoe-horned into the afternoon session of the last day.

 

One snippet I wanted to flag was this pair of charts that Rimu Nelson (from CleanCo) presented to illustrate the vastly different operating profiles for Swanbank E and Wivenhoe pumped hydro … two of the CleanCo fleet of assets.
