Minimum Demand records drop lower – for the SA region, and NEM-wide (Part 1)
On Sunday 31st October 2021 we see minimum demand level drop considerably lower for the South Australian region … and also a new record set on a NEM-wide basis.

Scheduled Demand in South Australia drops to levels not seen since the history of the NEM (excluding System Black)
Alarms in one of our NEMwatch dashboards alerted me to the plunging level of Scheduled Demand seen this afternoon in the the Victorian and South Australian regions of the NEM – a new record low point for South Australia.
Queensland lunchtime demand slips away….
Today (Wednesday 24th July) we note how the Queensland lunchtime electricity demand is stuck in the blue zone – the uptake of solar PV, and a sunny day for Clean Energy Week, would be part of the reason.
