AEMC issues 3-month delay to the commencement of Five Minute Settlement

As a result of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic (disrupting the working environment in general, and the energy industry in particular) on 9th July 2020 the AEMC published this Rule Determination for Delayed Implementation of Five Minute Settlement and Global Settlement … which would bump the slated start date of 1st July 2021 back to 1st October 2021:
