Participant Impact and Requirements: The following changes to Constraint Violation Penalty (CVP) Factors will be implemented in PRODUCTION:
? Added Minimum System Load (MSL) constraint and a new CVP of 3.
– This change reflects the new MSL constraint CVP in production.
? Updated Profiled Max/Min Energy Limit constraint CVPs.
– This change is to manage potential conflict between the bid MaxAvail constraint and the profiled energy limit constraint. The functional change in the system was implemented under the ERI project.
