NEMMCO final report about the 5/30 issue published in February 2003

In our ‘eLibrary’ archive we came across a number of old documents, including this one from 21st February 2003 as a final report on considerations NEMMCO had made about how to resolve the ‘5/30 issue’ that was acknowledged way back then… and indeed even before the start of the market:

Only a 37 page final report … perhaps we could note that, when everything was printed, everything was shorter?
